All payments are made by Paypal only, the prices are fixed and are not negotiable.
If you have fees during the transaction, they are your responsibility. You have to pay them so that I receive the full amount.
If you want a close deadline (1/2 day), a supplement will be added.
Don’t ask me to change my style. If you pass me commission, you accept my interpretation.
Payment is made before the drawing begins. I will send you the sketch as soon as possible and after your validation, no request for correction will be accepted.
When I send you the sketch, you have the right to ask me for changes. However, major changes to the work after validation of the setch will increase the price.
I would ask you for as much detail as possible. Clear and detailed reference images. I also accept the descriptions, however, I could ask for an increase in the commission price if the design is complex or if my work is closer to a custom.
I reserve the right to stream the creation of your piece and publish it on my social networks once finished.
You can request that the product be private.
I keep the intellectual rights of the work once it is finished.
The products are for personal, non-commercial use. If you want to make a profit with it, please let me know, it will affect the commission price.
The finished product will be sent by Google Drive attachments.
I have the right to refuse a commission or to cancel a work in progress due to personal reasons in no case related to the client or the artwork. In this case, you will receive the full refund.
In case of breach of the terms of the contract by the client (rudeness, change of points which we had previously discussed), I will not fully reimburse the client and keep the total right on the drawing. (I could take the original sketch and enjoy it as I see fit).
My art is not to be linked to any AI or NFT shenanigans, and shall not be used for hateful purposes.
No refund will be possible, unless you cancel the commission
before I start working on it.
By passing commission, you agree to all of the above terms.
